The apartment is located on the ground floor and features one bedroom, two TVs, and a loggia facing the garden/lawn with views of the surrounding area. Our guesthouse is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, museum visits, and city excursions (Bolzano is 8 km away). With the Mobil Card included in the apartment, you can explore South Tyrol free of charge. From our house, you can also embark on fantastic bike tours. We are happy to provide information about the newly constructed cycle paths that lead through South Tyrol and into the Italian-speaking Trentino region. For swimming, there are three lakes nearby: the Great and Little Montiggler Lakes, as well as Lake Kaltern. You will receive the Guest Pass – the Mobil Card – from us.
